Wineries and vineyards in the Verde Valley

We list ten wineries and vineyards in the valley: five around Cornville and Page Springs, three in Camp Verde and two in Clarkdale. These are the places where the fruit is grown and the wine is made. If you want a room in town where wine is poured, go to the tasting rooms list instead. There are 16 of those, in Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona.

Cornville and Page Springs is the center of it. Half the valley’s wineries sit in that one stretch, along Page Springs Road and Grapevine Way, on the creek. It’s working farm country rather than a row of shopfronts, so the sites are spread out and the drive between them is part of the day.

Every one of the ten publishes hours and has a website, which is the best coverage of any category on this site. That matters because winery hours are seasonal. Harvest, weather and events all move them, so the hours we show are the ones the winery published on the date we checked, and a holiday weekend can change them.

Clarkdale’s two include the Southwest Wine Center, the teaching winery and vineyard attached to Yavapai College rather than a private business.
