Window and door companies in the Verde Valley

We list six window and door companies: five in Cottonwood and one in Sedona. Five of the six say they serve more than one town. Window World is the one that records Cottonwood alone.

All six publish a phone number and a website, and three publish opening hours. Three of the six hold a street address you can walk into. The other three are recorded as service area only, which means they come to you.

Sun is the local factor. Glazing here takes a great deal of heat and ultraviolet light. That drives the replacement market, and it drives the way windows fail: broken seals, fogged double glazing, warped frames, screens that go brittle. When you compare quotes, the useful question is what the warranty covers and for how long. A warranty that leaves out seal failure is not covering the thing most likely to happen.

About licenses. We checked every company on this page against the Arizona Registrar of Contractors on 20 September 2026. That lookup works now, and it ran properly. Three of the six matched a license, and the registry listed all three as active that day. Where a listing shows a license, the number and the status are what the registry said on 20 September 2026.

We match a company by its business name, its trading name or its phone number. The three we could not match are not necessarily unlicensed. A company may be registered under a different legal name, or recorded at an address in another town, or the work it does may not need a contractor license. Three of the six say on their own websites that they are licensed. One of those three is the company we matched. For the other two, that is the company’s own claim. Awnings and Misting Systems publishes contractor number ROC352188 on its own site, and our check confirmed it. The registry holds ROC 352188 as active, under the legal name Future Enterprises LLC, and we tied it to the listing by phone number.
