94 restaurants across all nine Verde Valley towns: where they're concentrated, how many are national chains and how many are independent, and which nearby categories to check if you don't find what you want here.

We list 94 restaurants across the valley’s nine towns. Sedona has 28 and Cottonwood 26, Camp Verde and Verde Village 9 apiece, Village of Oak Creek 8, Jerome 7, Cornville 4, Rimrock 2, and Clarkdale 1. If you live near one of the smaller towns, it’s usually worth a look at the neighboring town’s list too. The by-town breakdown above will take you straight there.

Chains and independents: 26 of the 94 are national chains, the usual fast-food and casual-dining names. The other 68 are run independently. We’re not calling one better than the other. This is just so you know what you’re looking at before you click through.

If you’re after something more specific, keep in mind that this site splits food and drink into several categories instead of putting everything under “restaurants.” A place you think is missing may simply be filed elsewhere.

Coffee shops and cafes are filed under coffee (22 listed).
Bars are filed under bars (13 listed).
A dedicated breakfast spot may be filed under breakfast (5 listed) rather than here, though a place can appear in both if it really is both.
Wine tasting rooms and working wineries are filed separately under tasting-rooms and wineries, not restaurants, even when food is served alongside.

What we don’t have yet: we don’t collect cuisine type consistently across all 94. A little over half have one recorded. The rest don’t. We also don’t hold opening hours for about a third of these listings, so a phone call is often the only way to be sure a place is open. None of this is ranked by quality. We don’t run reviews or ratings, so use your own judgment or a review site for that.
