Remodeling and home renovation in the Verde Valley

We list seven remodeling and renovation companies: four in Cottonwood and three in Camp Verde.

Only two of the seven publish opening hours. That isn’t a gap in our records so much as how the work runs. Remodelers quote by appointment and spend their days on site, not behind a counter. All seven do publish a phone number and a website, so the way in is a call or a form rather than a visit.

This is the category where the license question matters most. Remodeling work runs into structural, electrical and plumbing trades, and the sums involved are large. Ask what gets subcontracted and to whom, and get the contractor license number for each trade rather than just the main company.

About licenses. We checked every company on this page against the Arizona Registrar of Contractors on 20 September 2026. That lookup works now, and it ran properly. Four of the seven matched a license, and the registry listed all four as active that day. Where a listing shows a license, the number and the status are what the registry said on 20 September 2026.

We match a company by its business name, its trading name or its phone number. The three we could not match are not necessarily unlicensed. A company may be registered under a different legal name, or recorded at an address in another town, or the particular work it does may not need a contractor license. The four companies that call themselves licensed on their own websites are the same four we matched in the registry, so nothing here rests on the company’s word alone.
