Real estate agents and property services in the Verde Valley

We list seven real estate agents and property businesses: six in Cottonwood and one in Camp Verde. All seven list a phone number and a website. Only three publish opening hours, which is normal for a trade that works by appointment.

Sales and management are two different services on one list. Some of these are agents who will sell or buy a house for you. Others are property managers who handle rentals and tenancies, and one is a reverse mortgage broker. Check which one you’re calling before you spend a call on it.

Cottonwood is the center of the valley’s property trade, because that’s where the volume of transactions is. Sedona’s own market is a big one, and it’s largely handled by agents based there. Our coverage of it on this page is thin, and we’d rather say so than let the count suggest otherwise.

A local note worth more than any listing. A great deal of property in this valley sits on a septic system, a shared well, or both, and some parcels carry irrigation ditch rights. Those are the things that turn up late in a purchase and change what a place costs to run. Ask early. See septic and well and pump for who handles the inspections.
