Preschools in the Verde Valley

We list eight preschools: four in Cottonwood, two in Sedona, and one each in Camp Verde and Rimrock.

Calling is the only way in. All eight list a phone number, and none has a website or published hours we could verify. That is normal for this sector in a small region, where places get filled by phone and by word of mouth rather than online.

The list covers several different kinds of program. There are district preschools run by the Beaver Creek and Sedona Oak Creek school districts. There are faith-linked preschools attached to churches in Cottonwood. And there is a developmental preschool for children with additional needs.

Preschool and licensed child care overlap, but they are not the same list. If what you need is full-day care with a state license, a capacity and a license number behind it, see licensed child care.
