Pest control in the Verde Valley

We list seven pest control companies. Four are in Cottonwood, with one each in Camp Verde, Cornville and Sedona. Six of the seven say they serve more than one town.

All seven publish a phone number and a website. Five publish opening hours.

The pests here are seasonal and particular. Scorpions, termites, pack rats and snakes come up far more often in this valley than they would in a suburb, and rural places and larger lots in Cornville, Rimrock and Camp Verde see more of all of them. Ask a company what it actually treats. Don’t assume a general service covers what you’ve got.

Licensing for this trade isn’t the contractor register. Arizona licenses structural pest control through the Office of Pest Management at the state agriculture department, not through the Registrar of Contractors, so the license to ask about is a pest management one.

We checked every company on this page against the Arizona Registrar of Contractors on 20 September 2026. That lookup works now, and it ran properly. None of the seven matched a contractor license, which is the expected answer for this trade rather than a warning sign. Where a listing shows a license, the number and the status are what the registry said that day.

We also ran an automated check against the agriculture department’s own credential search on 20 September 2026. It returned 26 records, and none of them matched a company on this list. The Office of Pest Management’s business register sits behind a bot check that we will not work around, so these seven stay unverified on our side. Two of the seven say on their own websites that they are licensed, which is the company’s own claim and not something we confirmed.

Ask the company for its Office of Pest Management license number and check it yourself before anyone sprays anything around a house with children or pets in it. For contractor work, the state register is at roc.az.gov.
