Real estate offices and agents in Cottonwood

Cottonwood has 6 listings under real estate. Most of them cover the same ground, buying and selling homes and land. One doesn’t, so read the fine print before you call.

Coldwell Banker Northland’s office at 1075 HWY 260 is the only one on our list with weekend hours on file: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Katie Johnson is listed separately as an agent working out of that same office. We have two phone numbers on file for her and haven’t confirmed which one reaches her directly, so try both if the first doesn’t connect.

The other two full-service brokerages are Adobe Group Realty at 918 N Main St in Old Town and Yavapai Realty at 322 S Main St. Both cover the wider valley and not just Cottonwood. Yavapai Realty’s site deserves a mention. Along with the usual property search, it posts its own pages on Arizona real estate law changes, on water, and on solar, which is more than most agent sites bother with.

Sedona Rentals & Property Management handles long-term rental management and sales both, and says it has been in business since 1986.

Not actually a real estate office. FairwayReverse is a reverse-mortgage lender, not a property seller, and it has no Cottonwood office. The address on file reads “All of Arizona,” and the phone number has an out-of-state area code. It’s here because reverse mortgages sit next door to real estate, but don’t go looking for a local storefront or an agent.

None of these have a license number on file. Arizona real estate licenses can be looked up at the Arizona Department of Real Estate’s website, if that matters to you before you sign anything.
