Breakfast places in the Verde Valley

We list five breakfast places. Two are in Cottonwood, two are in Sedona, and one is in Verde Village. Four of them publish their opening hours.

These rooms close early. Most breakfast and brunch places around here run from early morning to the middle of the afternoon and then shut. Several stop serving before two. So if you have a late breakfast in mind after a morning hike, look at the closing time, not the opening time. The closing time is the one that will catch you out.

Weekend mornings are the pinch. Those are the busiest hours of the week for every place on this list, and in Sedona they land on top of visitor traffic. Come early, or come midweek. That is usually the difference between sitting down and standing around.

Two of the five are national chains. The other three are independents. We are not saying one kind is better. We just want you to know what you’re walking into.
