Wildlife park in the Verde Valley

Out of Africa Wildlife Park is at 3505 West Camp Verde Bridgeport Highway. It is open every day from 9:30 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon, and the last admission is at 4:00 PM, so arriving late leaves little time. The park closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas. A safari tour takes visitors out among the animals, and there is a zip line and behind-the-scenes tours for people who want a closer look. Plan a few hours rather than a quick stop.
