Railroad in the Verde Valley

Verde Canyon Railroad runs scenic train trips from a depot at 300 N. Broadway in Clarkdale. The ride goes out to Perkinsville and back and takes about 4 hours round trip. Every train includes access to an open air car, so riders can step outside for views rather than watching through glass. A standard ticket is $139 in 2026, and special event trains run $175.
